Wanted to upgrade from standard laminate countertops to stone countertops in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Found various vendors and contacted 7 of them and Elements of Stone was the most affordable and had good reviews. Contacted them and the owner Shannon, gave me a lot of information and we visited her at the warehouse and saw lots of options. Decided to go forward and within one week of signing up, the guys arrived on site and fully equipped and installed my counters. Professional work, good customer service, and no mess!
These guys were fantastic! Very accomodating with a not so standard order. 2 vanities were being cut and installed with the 3rd one being kept for a later date when we do the other bathroom next month. We changed our mind on which slab we wanted a few days before the measure and they just rolled with it professionally. The install was very neatly done as well. Great price and great qaulity! Very happy with the outcome.

You even get to see the whole slab instead of a tiny sample. The crew that installed the new counter were very efficient. The best part was not having to wait more than a week for the new counters to be ready! I tried to go through a big-box store and they were over-priced, and did not give me information of how their set-up worked. It is very lucky for me that I found Elements of Stone.

Shannon and her crew did a fantastic job from purchase. Very professional and drove from Oshawa to St. Catherines. Took 2 trips, one for measurement and the other for install. Once I gave the okay, it was done in less than a week.

I wanted countertops asap as I moved into my house and took a week off. I spoke to a woman named Shannon who was so professional and helpful. She got me exactly what I wanted in a matter of 2 days. I needed extra work done in order to replace my old ones and she also found a guy to do the seperate work on budget. The crew was great, friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile. The installation was quick, done right and with perfection! Can't thank these people enough! I love my new home.

Sometimes they say, " If it looks to good, it's not true, it's probably not." This was an exception to the saying! I located them from a Kijiji ad and what they stated is exactly what I recieved. Shannon offered such a personal buying experience from the beginning to end, always staying on top of the purchase and install that it felt more like a friend coming over for a visit when she dropped by to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. Did I mention it only took 3 days for measure and install.
